Annick Goutal Eau de Sud

Don't be misled by the feminine bottle. This is a very good shared scent and if you enjoy lemon, the packaging will be meaningless once you wear Eau de Sud.

This is big lemon folks yet, it's a remarkable rendition. It pushes the envelope, but never too far. The opening is a blast of moist lemon with a hint of mint. It's a very enjoyable opening accord that is followed up with incremental introductions of orange and a slight green spice courtesy of basil. The basil is, in itself, of the zesty variety and the juxtaposition is effective.

The implementation of citrus, spice and a smooth background aura of wood is a winning formula most of the time. This time is no different. Eau de Sud is a template for unisex fragrances and is an absolute winner.
